Kathy, I'm saddened for the temporary separation for your family. They say heaven is a sweeter place knowing we have family there to greet us. Just imagine -- face to face with the Savior! May this realization bring you comfort in the days ahead as you travel this earthly journey without your loved one. Prayers are with your family for His peace that passes all understanding. Thank you again for sharing your coffin quilt story with us and allowing us to share someone in your grieving. in His love, your blog friend, karen O
A self-confessed "Quilt-aholic", my work of machine quilting for others is a joy, and occasionally I get to work on some of my own things. As worship leader for the church I attend, music is also very important in my life. I surround myself with good worship music and quilt to the beat... LIFE IS GOOD!
I live with my oh-so-supportive husband David, 4 well-loved outdoor cats, and PJ, the rescued Manchester terrior.
Kathy - I remember him well. My condolences to you and your family.
ReplyDeleteKathy---I am sorry for your lost.
